Non-surgical Rhinoplasty Procedure
Non-surgical rhinoplasty should be performed by a facial plastic surgeon or under the guidance of one. The surgeon will apply a topical numbing cream or ointment to your nose to prevent discomfort. They will inject dermal fillers in strategic places within the nose to achieve desired results.
The dermal filler can be used for flattening out or smoothing the appearance of bumps, raising the nose bridge, improving the overall symmetry, or filling in divots and dips. While the results of nonsurgical rhinoplasty are immediate, they are not permanent. Typically, results don’t last for more than a year. You would be allowed to go home or back to work immediately after the procedure is complete.
Type of Dermal Nose Fillers
Different types of dermal fillers can be used by a surgeon for performing a liquid rhinoplasty. Hyaluronic acid based dermal fillers, such as Juvederm and Restylane are typically used for nonsurgical rhinoplasty. This is because the filler can be dissolved and the results reversed.

- Saddle-nose or scooped out profile
Liquid rhinoplasty can be performed on patients considering surgical rhinoplasty (in certain cases) to let them get a fair idea of the expected results. Nonsurgical rhinoplasty is a reasonable option for patients that desire minor revisions after getting a surgical rhinoplasty.
